      Pros

      Will train off the street. No degree required for 108 qualification acquisition. Benefits were ok.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything else. Poor management. Wretchedly low pay for the jobs being done. This however is justified by them by saying that they have almost unlimited overtime. So if you want to spend the rest of your life there, Literally, then go on ahead.
