      Pros

      A great company prior to the Northrop Grumman hostile take over. Find someone who has 15+ years of real experience shipbuilding experience on site as they are the only ones who know shipbuilding - watch out for Director and above Hirelings who know nothing. The best place to work is Human Resources as they have no metrics, are responsible for nothing and concentrate on their own bonuses.

      Cons

      The company is filled from the top to the bottom of Northrop Grumman employees and fire - eliminate real shipbuilders. The CEO has taken a massive increase of 47.5 % in pension fund while looking to cut lessor company employees.

      PTO ceiling, flex schedule, tuition reimbursement, pension plan, 401k match, more paid holidays than anyone on the gulf coast.

      Cons

      Short lunch break (30 min), merit raises (low).
