      Pros

      Pay is competitive if willing to put in the extra hours but don't fall thru the cracks.

      Cons

      As with all companies right now, looking everywhere to cut spending. First place they always look at is heads. Also if no new contracts come up, it could mean big trouble.

      Semi stable (at least until recently). Relatively good benefits (also at least until recently)

      Cons

      Layoffs are happening now, & even those that aren't getting laid off are losing benefits & having pay frozen. Management often incompetent at best, veering into abusive frequently
