Your employment contract discusses flex time as a benefit, HAHA! You can give that up, I submitted many times sheets in my years there with well over 40 hours and still be expected to use PTO to cover a long lunch or maybe walking through the gate at 6:31am! Attrition throughout the company is rampant! Many talented young people leave because of the above, Ingalls will have a hard time running a shipyard when the people to old to get a new job retire!
