Being an apprentice people say we are kind of treated a lot better than regular hourly workers. I don't really think we are treated any different. I like working with my hands Only job I ever had that paid me to go to school so that's awesome. The pay is good especially being that I can into the company with no industrial experience. 100% Tuition assistance program is excellent. Cons
Being a women you have to work two times harder than your man counter parts to be taking seriously. However it can be done, I did it, it just takes hard work. It's all about who knows you, people with family in high places often get promotion they don't deserve.
