Management unilaterally imposed a $55K/year pay cut to each position. Had the offer been $55k less per year when I was interviewing, I never would have taken the job. 7 people quit within 3 months of the management's decision to cut our pay. Side note: the company had no plan whatsoever to handle reimbursement for travel expenses or how accurate deduct health care costs from our paychecks --- A Multi-Billion-dollar company is doing it all by hand with a spreadsheet. You can do better than that. Apply elsewhere.

Hiring manager in Japan was unfair. He would pay more to retired chiefs than other members. Nepotism. He did all the talking during the interviews and even told an interviewee that the other interviewee he previously interviewed was better for the position. Then told interviewee to apply for another job.
