      Pros

      Flexible schedule allows me to flex my time. Currently work four 9 hour shifts so I can work a half day on Friday Employees are friendly and supportive Management is helpful and understanding

      Cons

      Pay is a little lower than what other companies offer.

      Management promotes vertical growth with certifications and courses Great benefits (better than NNS) Lots of access to resources and you always have the tools and equipment to succeed in your role Good to get your foot in the door in the Defense industry

      Cons

      On average lower pay compared to other Defense contractors/companies Difficult/long lateral movement process especially if you’re trying to switch over from Test Engineering
