      Manager training is a key area of focus for us. We have some wonderful managers across the organization at all levels. But we want all managers to know how to communicate and lead well.       Health care, 2 week shut down in Dec. , Lunch ins, Softball Tournament, People in office, Work is interesting

      Cons

      LOW Pay, High Turn Over, Over Worked Employees/Department, Favoritism, Useless Meetings, highly political in office, Salary Positions are EXPECTED to give "46 HRS per week", Cannot work remote, FLEX policy is a joke. & NO ONE HERE ADAPTS TO CHANGE
