      Pros

      Great benefits; Salary is above average from the Tidewater region; great workplace environment, personnel hired are for the most part qualified to fill their position.

      Cons

      Business is so large that individuality by corporate leadership is missed

      We're always looking for ways to bring our many people together, through things like community volunteer efforts or internal resource groups. But you're right, it can be hard for leaders to be deeply connected to everyone. They feel that too.       Pros

      Working for a large name with many options for lateral moves.

      Cons

      Lack of advancement moves. Also the end of the year raise was so bad that it hurt and i had to leave.
