      Pros

      People are great least in the department I've worked at. Happy hours in the office on fridays.

      Cons

      Upper management are completely clueless, endless meetings with nothing ever getting done. Putting tons money to waste in resources thats not necessary. Benefits are just a slap to the face to employees, might as well not have a health insurance with the fees and copay you pay out. Benefits were constantly being cut, as profit sharing was gone the year I started. Upper management constantly reminds you how the company is 100 best places to work for in DC, however this company has one of the highest turnaround in the industry.
