      Pros

      Good money. Come and go as you please. They allow you to go out and get clients. Lots of afterwork happy hours.

      Cons

      High turnover rate. Management can be aloof, and then suddenly show up to tell you everything you are doing work. A lot hours.

      Pros

      HITT has a good team atmosphere within each sector. Good people and values across the board, and growing with the upturn of the construction market.

      Cons

      Perspective is everything - you have to be willing to work and do whatever it takes to get the job done - most may see that as a con, but I view it as a positive trait that more people need to possess.
