Pros
Above market compensation, my boss really cares about my personal and professional growth, fun co-workers, good programming to engage me in the culture of the company (cornhole tourneys, training...), lots of advancement potential, positive environment, strong leadership
Cons
Work hard, play hard mentality (construction as a whole is a tough industry with lots of hours to get the work done in the field - I like this because I have advanced by working hard, but I see some others struggling on how to manage this themselves)
