Pros
They are always looking to get better and be innovative. They have also really improved their communications throughout the company in the past years.
Cons
This pandemic really showed their true colors. Upper management seems to adhere to the old school mentality with little flexibility regardless of the situation. Leadership calls the shots and VP’s and directors don’t seem to be able to have a say or are maybe to scared to speak up especially during trying times like these. It seems like there will be heavy turnover when things become more stable because people are not happy.
