Pros
Some people are genuine and great to work with. The HR team tries hard to organize fun events for staff.
Cons
Too many to cover here. The culture is terrible and they will continue to lose talented people if something isn’t done. Certain senior leaders are dishonest, catty and backstabbing, insecure, and unprofessional. HITT hires people who are all carbon copies of each other. Those who go against the grain become outcasts and are silenced.
