      Pros

      Start times are from 5am to 10am, you'll be able to select a shift time. Every once in a while there will be free food for an occasion. Free Coffee, Bring your own cup. Lots of Walking lol

      Cons

      Be prepared to be bullied into changing your shift if you picked an early one, they will try to guilt you into taking something later. You do not get employee holiday pay, vacation or sick time until after 90 days even if you are a full time employee. Parking is terrible be prepared to walk. Make sure you do not use the Entrance Stares as they are reserved for executives and clients. "I kid you not". The Pay is Terrible "Peanuts" and the benefits are trash. There are a few things they will say to get you in there like 3 weeks vacation up front, nope..... not for you. Personality questionnaire is required???

      Talented staff. Most of the worker bees are hard working team players who want to do well.

      Cons

      I am confused by the quantity of positive reviews here. It makes me question positive ratings at other companies because HME is a terrible place to work. Most of the groups I know are led by bullying managers. You'll have unrealistic timelines that are impossible to achieve, and you'll be reprimanded when you don't make the schedule. Stay away from this company!
