      Pros

      40 hours could be done in 4, 10 hour shifts in a week if a day off was needed and no sick/vacation was used. Generally respectable management.

      Cons

      Low paying job for my experience. Some parts of the repair job could be done by high-schoolers with no prior knowledge of electronics, and probably should have been instead of wasting the repair technician's time.

      Pros

      Care about their employees, and are consistently releasing great products of the highest quality. Also to keep up with their competitors they have been innovative in releasing new products to keep ahead of the competition .

      Cons

      Located deep in Poway so it is not near any major freeways. Takes about 15 minutes to get to the 15 fwy

      Pros

      People here are friendly, enjoy what they do, and like to have fun too! There are tons of people who have worked here for 20+ years. The management team cares about employees and it shows. HME is a global organization with offices in UK, China, and Canada.

      Cons

      Located is not ideal, Poway.
