CEO cares more about money than employee moral and getting to know his employees. I have worked here for almost two years and seen him twice. I started as an intern and after a year of being full with a degree I still get treated like an intern. Not a whole lot of room to move up in the company. Different departments do not spend a lot of time getting to know what each other does (therefore sales promises a lot of things that cannot always be delivered).

Management does not treat employees well/ pointing out flaws more important than acknowledging good work. Management knows LESS about the product than the workers themselves. Management style is to bully employees to get results, which is not effective. We all know about the "secret" managers Christmas party too- aka:worst kept secret at HME
