Know that despite all the talk about "investing" in you, your department, new lines of business, long term growth, another 100 years...the second your utilization is off by a percent or two, there are calls being made and spreadsheets on the most "efficient" way to let you go. Horrible PMs whose projects did not make money were allowed to run free all over the country, spending both client and project money, resulting on a loss that will be magically covered bc they are part of the "good old boy's club".

The biggest short coming of this company, in my opinion is it's lack of loyalty to the employee. Also there was very little training offered over the years I was employed by the company.
