      Working for Holt is slightly better than being homeless

      There is nothing good to say about this company. Leadership is nonexistent. Management is one sided and don't care what you have to say unless you're sucking up to them

      Pros

      Holt is the place to work in Texas. They have great values and stretch all the way across Texas. I worked in Austin, Fort Worth, and Corpus Christi. A good place to move up and work hard. Just had a bunch of layoffs recently, but should be hiring people real soon.

      Cons

      I quit because of conflict with other employees. Because a lot of management was laid off, there was no one to handle the work environment.

      Some individuals can be very appreciative of your hard work and effort.

      Cons

      Many middle and upper management could careless how the worker gets the job done. They only look at the dollars. People mean nothing to them.
