Pros

Best training in the industry (technical and life/communication skills) and strong company culture. New ownership appears dynamic and committed to the employees. Family work environment. Lots of room to grow. Very optimistic about future.

Cons

Currently making short-term decisions over long-term decisions based on meeting budget. Sometimes fail to recognize/plan effectively for cyclical ups and downs of the market. Work life balance occasionally suffers during down cycles.

Pros

Great benefits and work-life balance. Strong values and vision that resonates throughout the organization.

Cons

Growth opportunity is very limited. They used to encourage retention by promoting from within, even on the higher positions. Now they are opening many new locations but hiring more externally than internally. Many times a candidate seems to be chosen before the interviews even take place.
