      Pros

      No pressurized work, and work culture is relaxed.

      Cons

      But there is no motivation, neither in terms of work, recognition, nor in compensation. Was hired as Contingent, but never got converted to permanent role even after 8 years, then I quit because they couldn't afford to get new and compliant servers to create hosting environment. No support from Managers.
