Pros
Flexibility to work remotely, benefits. Some really good people performing at high levels can be found in pockets of the organization.
Cons
This company has drastically changed over the last 5 years. Good performance is not rewarded nor does the best person get the job or promotion. LOTS of political nepotism with mediocre people failing up while the real talent either leaves or gets wfr'ed for cheaper talent. Lack of leadership from the top down with constant churn and budget cuts. I used to have real enthusiasm here, but towards the end, HP felt uninspiring and chaotic.
