      Job security is a real concern—decisions often prioritize profit over people. Long-term employees with deep experience can be let go without much consideration if cost-cutting is needed. There's been a noticeable shift in leadership, with many new managers unfamiliar with HP’s legacy culture. Depending on the team, this can lead to fresh perspectives—or a disconnect that undermines what once made the company unique.

      Good benefits packages are available

      Cons

      HP expects that you give up your family and friends to to be part of this company. Meetings start at 5am and run through 8pm everyday, Many are booked over each other with no regard to calendars. The expectation is that we meet for 15 hours then listen to 5 hours of recording for meetings the employee was not able attend. It's unreasonable and unmanageable. I would not recommend this company to anyone that does want to dedicate their life to this company.

      Fear based culture. Has a pronounced caste system. Lacks an effective vison of where the company is going and therefore only has the strategy of cutting costs.
