Great exposure to different clients, diagnoses, treatment modalities Everything is structured, consistent hours Some work-life balance in that you cannot access emails out of work

Overwhelming amount of work, lack of space, super stressful All of the clinicians leave within a few months to 2 years

Cons

To many to name them all but let me name a few: 1. Managers- The will work you into the ground will not care if you get hurt cause they are most likely the reason why you did. Safety- What is safety at this place? They have no idea about safety. To them it’s a joke.
