Pros

Offers a variety of healthcare plans

Cons

CEO Kurt Gunther is not an empathic leader. He is egotistical and biased. He does not care for his employees and the patients. I have also observed him being friendlier with female employees. Employee morale is extremely low.

Pros

Family-like with certain staff. Often bonuses, which is recently cut.

Cons

Poor patient care with a majority of long time coworkers as well as some new staff. Horrible diets for patients. Some come in fit then leave with heart disease as well as Type 2 diabetes. No structured groups. Understaffed and overworked. CEO thinks nothing about the patients and only sees $$$dollars. As a staff nurse, it was hard to see that only a handful of us cared about change for the better. It has only crumbled more over the last few years. I would only give it 1 ⭐ out of 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ that is only because and passion that some staff has for change. Unfortunately upper management does not care.
