Pros

We're an established player in our market but still have that start-up mentality of getting things done. If there is a problem you can get to the right person to fix it. There is a definite culture to promote from within. We're fast paced but supporting and encourage vacations and fun things in and out of the office. Our theme for the year was "Catch the Magic". Most or all employees have equity.

Cons

Rapid growth comes with problems. Staffing often has to catch up with sales. There are several larger competitors in the market with more resources.

Pros

HRsmart recently announced the new summer schedule. All employees can work a half day every other Friday! Perks like this are one of the many reasons I love working for HRsmart. I lot of companies claim to support a work/life balance but HRsmart delivers! Thank you for the extra time with my family!

Cons

We're remodeling the other side of our office so it is really cramped. But that will become a perk because we will be moving in to our new offices soon!

Working at HRsmart allows you to have a flexible work experience. The people you work with are good at their job.

Cons

The company has made some strange choices, namely upper management, that has lead to some strange project priorities which has left some areas underserved.
