Pros

Great team, lots of sharing of knowledge. I love the job itself. Atmosphere is pretty laid back, everyday is jean day. There is also lots of flexibility to work from home which is helpful for appointments and bad weather days. The attitude is really everyone 'knows what you have to do, so whether you do it in the office or at home it doesn't matter, as long as it gets done'- and this suits me just fine.

Cons

It is a smaller company, so you might not have the opportunities you have with bigger companies.

Pros

lots of opportunities for growth, day-to-day task variety, get to work with a lot of really smart, highly engaged people, very entrepreneurial environment, has a family feel to it that I love.

Cons

would be helpful to have management training for newly promoted team members, very fast paced environment - which is exciting - but a missed day or two means you definitely have a lot of tasks and knowledge to catch up on!

A great work environment where I feel appreciated and irreplaceable ! I gained many communication and technical skills and I can say I'm still gaining a lot. I found the stability and growth i was looking for at HRSmart, all with a decent marge of flexibility. The most i like is being able to select my own tasks and my future goals. I also appreciate the continuous follow ups and the communication with the upper level. Managers always make sure not to allow employees to burn them selves out and maintain a work-life balance

Cons

Salary meets average Not much medical benefits deadlines sometimes too optimistic Appraisals are never made on time which delays the promotions
