Pros

A great company culture and positive environment, a highly skilled and professional team and open management. HRsmart proved over the years that it is strictly committing to equality of opportunity for all employees and to the highest standards of ethics and values. It offers employees new technology skills, development and learning opportunities, exceptional work experience, in addition to many other added values on the personal and professional levels. It is a place where you can safely plan for a long term career.

Cons

No cons so far. I only recommend that in addition to the current employee incentive plans, to maintain a global competitive performance-based reward program that encourage competition and attract and retain key talent.

Pros

A great place to learn, to enhance oneself, to aim higher and to continually be better. They have a great working environment, wherein one can increase ones potential for leadership and teamwork, with very helpful and smart colleagues. I've been to different companies and I can say that 'I feel at home with HRsmart'.

Cons

Sometimes there's just too much load and too little time to accomplish them, but I think that that is normal for this type/line of work.

Time Flexibility Security at Work Management is very understanding Motivation through yearly assessments Ability to give open feedback Many Social Activities and celebrations for important events Top Management is a friend with everyone.

Cons

Monetary Incentives are not so high Career Path is not always clear for each employee.
