Nice vacation..bonus is base on your performance

Little raise...pays sucks..if you are lucky or your supervisor like your yearly performance then you will get a raise..raise is less than 10 cents.. poor management...no matter how much or what you do, no one recognized...bad place to work..

If you like a call center environment, this is one. Other than the free coffee, there is not much to write home about.

Cons

Very poorly run operation. No one willing to accept responsibility for problems that arise. Call center employees subjected to unrealistic goals and standards.
