Pros

PTO is nice...trust me, you'll want to use it. That is literally the only pro of working here.

Cons

This is the worst job I ever had; thankful to be out of it. The leadership is totally dysfunctional. CEO focuses solely on client growth, meanwhile the rest of the employees struggle to handle the current client base. Managers resign almost weekly, without replacements. Leadership will continually dump responsibilities of departed employees on you, without training of any kind, with high pressure/expectations. Very stressful. Hands down, the most disorganized work environment. Technology is unreliable and underdeveloped - truly awful for a bank. Leadership doesn't want to hear your ideas for improvement. Employees do not have clear job roles designated. Do not waste your time or energy here. It is not worth it. Also the bathrooms are routinely disgusting.

Worst place to work for!

Pros

The free coffee and, well that's pretty much it.

Cons

This is the worst place anyone can ever work for. The management is horrible, the pay sucks, the company does NOT value its employees and you will NOT grow within the company because there is no room for growth! No matter how much you bust your butt off for this company, your annual raises will remain a sleazy dime. Save yourself some grief and do not apply here!

Pros

Management truly appreciates feedback and the ideas of other workers. Ability to engage in dialogue about processes in place in order to strive for efficiency.

Cons

There's a lack of emphasis on career advancement and the method in place to do so is a mere requirement which is why it is done at all. Tools provided to perform job efficiently are severely lacking as a result of upper managements disconnect from the majority of the workforce, despite personal meetings and town halls.
