Pros

My colleagues were great people and the pay was good and there were good benefits.

Cons

Horrible service and horrible management. They don't know what they're doing and are a dreadful business. I worked here and can say there systems are slow and unreliable, management believe staff members are replacement so they'll keep hiring new people and stop training the old ones. This is one of the reasons why customers have issues because most of there staff members are new. They don't value staff nor do they value customers, there have been more and more complaints and they refuse to change their systems or the way they run things, staff turnover is the highest.
