Pros

Top performers get sent off to another country once-a-year to celebrate their achievements with other such colleagues, potential mid-year bonus, 13th month bonus for some roles, it's a multinational company so big decisions come from UK

Cons

Company is too big for its own good such that the left hand sometimes don't know what the right hand is doing, too many teams which creates sometimes confusion when trying to find out the product owner(s), red tape on some office processes and typical cliques found amongst management
