      None really, that I can immediately think of.

      Cons

      Staff are treated with no respect at all. Everyone and every action is micro managed by very weak and a very dishonest management. Customers are treated with equal contempt as staff and are only see as cash cows to be killed for every pound possible.

      Pros

      HSO cares about its people. The company invests in training young talents, encourages personal and professional development and offers great support throughout the process. They have a long term strategy and are committed to develop further in a sustainable manner by protecting their values and promoting a unique organisational culture.

      Cons

      The only downfall I can think of is general applicable and it is about you as a candidate. You need to make sure you resonate with the company's values and choose a role you are suitable for.
