Good Salary and few employees are technical.

Cons

Management is very bad, no professionalism, no work ethics and values. if you want to have peaceful and advance in career, please do not join this organization.

Pros

Very Good Company with no Politics at work, Good Work Life Balance and is very Employee oriented company. Friendly managers at client locations. Fair Company for immigration process as well as initial few years. To stay in this company you supposed to have very good relationship with your client.

Cons

No growth opportunity to climb up the ladders. Very poor benefits, HR team has very poor communication process. It is very hard to get the documents or any kind of help from Human performance team. They always expose like busy 24/7 but in real not. If you travel to onsite from offshore to make sure to collect all your documents as soon as you can. They will not provide any documents Human performance and HR managers are always rude and stubborn. I left HTC India 3 years before and left HTC Inc. 2 months before still fighting for offshore releasing letter and experience letter. Human performance and HR team never respond back to your request. I have a proof of email communication.

Minority business. Great for India HB1 employees.

Cons

Very poor benefits, bad management. This place should be you last resort if you want to work in IT. Read the other reviews. They are just terrible.
