Pros

I've had no positive experiences with HTC

Cons

I will preface this by saying I work on the account for an Auto Manufacturer. Holidays and forced shut-downs require PTO to be taken. Since this time is greater than the PTO allowance given, you are FORCED to take time unpaid. Don't believe them when they say you get PTO. You will actually owe the company a certain number of unpaid days. They do not support nor care about their employees work/life balance.

Pros

There is not a single pro working for this company.

Cons

You will receive poor pay. They make many excuses on why they can not give their employees raises, many working for 5+ years never seeing a penny. There is no leadership, and those in charge treat you like a child. There is better out there for you just trust me.

Pros

To be honest I can't say very many good things about HTC. It's pretty much a horrible place to work and they'll try to cheat you out of everything you make.

Cons

Very dishonest company that try to cheat you out of any kind of sale you make.
