      Pros

      Fast growing, progressive company. Has great opportunities in insurance sector. Ability to work across the US/Canada. May well be the most technologically advanced of the top 10 insurance brokerages. Excellent training programs. Well established Executive and highly trusted by peers in the industry.

      Cons

      With growth mandate and priority to advance in process and technology change has been constant. Change is a challenging pressure to management and employees. Prepare for very high work expectation.

      Pros

      If you work in a field office on the front line or backoffice, what you'll find is dependent on what the culture of the office was before they were acquired. Regions are silos. Some very talented people.

      Cons

      The marketing and communications team has a toxic environment with bullying. There is little to no consistency or project management. The top dogs mean well, but nothing has been done about the bully. If you want to work for corporate and in that team, ask the person in the interview if they are happy there, about process, if someone is doing the job regionally - and what their turnover rates are like. What would people who held the position previously be likely to say about why they left?
