      Pros

      Great company support, room for growth, and coworkers. HUB wants everyone to succeed both personally and at a team level.

      Cons

      None that I can find since I have been there. Coworkers with more company experience have indicated little to none as well.

      Good manager, interesting job, decent money, ok benefits, ok PTO, job stability seems decent, goal oriented. Coworkers are nice people.

      Cons

      Unexciting, very traditional and boring white male dominated organization with lack of focus on employee engagement. Turnover is out of control. Lack of focus on employee development and training .
