We can feel like a large organization but at the same time, we also work within smaller communities that are focused on doing what we do best. We do set and communicate sales goals throughout the organization, and we hope this transparency helps our employees feel stability, especially during COVID-19. Local management is available to address concerns and local HR is always an alternative. Additionally, the Company provides an annual employee engagement survey to solicit additional feedback about the work environment at HUB and to share ideas on how to improve.
