Pros
I've been working for White Ops for about 2.5 years. I love my manager--she is one of the key reasons I enjoy working at White Ops so much. She supports and inspires me to do the best work of my life. There are many times where my manager helped me navigate implementing new processes and supported me to start growing my own team. She just gets me. She also sets an amazing example for our department and for all the women at White Ops. I truly want to be like her one day. I really enjoy the work I do because I believe that it is meaningful and I am able to make a direct impact on the success of the company and on reducing fraud in the world. I have flexibility in how I want to approach investigating problems and coming up with solutions. My coworkers trust me to get things done well and I feel like I am appreciated for my skills and efforts I have made during my time at White Ops. The people are what make White Ops an amazing place to work. Everyone is continuously improving. I love the people I work with and that we have cultivated a positive culture of collaboration, especially across teams and departments. My coworkers are smart, hard-working, and kind people. Together, we are able to do outstanding work. With the recent growth of our People Ops team, we saw significant, positive changes company wide that make me even more excited to be at White Ops.
Cons
None that I can think of, really.
