Pros

Relaxed work environment, good pay, easy work.

Cons

Driving all around the city and paying for gas.

Pros

Flexible working hours, though an event including preparation and travel could go more than 12 hours in one day.

Cons

Use your own vehicle to transport food and supplies to client location which is ridiculous. Management doesn't even pay for usage and maintenance, auto insurance, only pays for gas. Work's usually on the road and out on events and it can get really exhausting most of the time.

Hard Work Means Nothing Here

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Occasional perks like catered lunches were the only bright spot in an otherwise unbearable experience.

Cons

Be warned: employees are taken advantage of constantly. Hard work is exploited, and mistakes are punished without mercy. Leadership is cold, ruthless, and completely indifferent to anyone's wellbeing. From day one, you'll be drained, overworked, and left to struggle with no support.
