Pros

You get very familiar with improvising, because you'll be forced to.

Cons

The main issue was how disorganized logistic were right when timing mattered most. Instructions and plans arrived late, details changed abruptly, and you were left scrambling to make it work without the information you needed at the start. Instead of preventing problems with solid planning, leadership let the same breakdowns repeat and expected employees to absorb the stress. It's exhausting being placed in situations where failure is baked into the setup.

Laughable Pay and Impossible Shifts

Pros

The company does offer impressive food options and supports local chefs, giving clients a wide variety of quality experiences.

Cons

The pay is insulting, so low that it became a running joke about who earned the least. Shifts are chaotic and poorly organized, leaving employees exhausted and struggling to maintain any semblance of a personal life. The combination of meager pay and impossible scheduling makes the job feel pointless and demoralizing.
