Supportive , engaged, and treat employees well with good benefits. Competitive salaries and frequently recognize high performance via their bonus program.

Cons

Local office took awhile to staff and set up. Corporate HQ way down in FL so growing Dayton market was under represented initially - much better now with classy facility

Pros

I have been impressed by the integrity of the people in this company. They seem truly to care for their customers and employees. Fringe benefits are very competitive. Leadership is accessible. Outstanding program managers.

Cons

Compared to other small businesses in this industry, there really are no "downsides." As the company grows, however, there could be some pains as it expands its currently very small number of executives (it's not a top-heavy company).

- I have been working for HX5 since 2010. Full-Time for over six years and currently Part-time. I have always received the support and backing of Executive Management. They truly "care" about every employee. - Compensation and Benefits are excellent. - The HQ Support Staff are the BEST! Professional and Responsive!

Cons

In my opinion there are no downsides to working at HX5.
