Pros

Small company. Staff is easy to work with. They care about the employee

Cons

The HQ is located in the Florida Pan Handle so the medical is BC/BS of Alabama. This insurance does not meet the medical insurance standards of Massachusetts so an employee working in that State needs to plan for paying the fine at the end of the year. HX5 did pay the fine

Pros

Senior management appears to have the best interest of the employees in mind always. Home office staff (HR, IT, Security, Travel, etc.) is the most responsive and supportive I've ever experienced with a small business.

Cons

Working for a small business has its limits. HX5 appears to have grown very quickly at Wright-Patterson AFB, so it has taken some time to get questions answered. But the local office has expanded to suit.

Pros

Since their headquarters are in FL, there really isn't much to say about them other than they seem to care and want us to succeed. Since they're a "teammate" of Jacobs Technology, they take their direction from Jacobs, which isn't a bad thing at all. We get treated equally and are given opportunities to attend functions when the come up.

Cons

There aren't really any cons to speak of. I'm sure that when career opportunities arise on their website, we'd be considered ahead of the rest since we're a "known variable", but they aren't local so, can't comment one way or the other. Again, no cons.
