In general, co-workers were good hearted, creative and fun people to be around. Facility has a great view of the Colorado front range. Company develops and manufactures products that make peoples lives better.
Cons
Many mid-level managers are so obsessed with climbing the corporate ladder and creating personal empires that they routinely throw dedicated and talented employees under the bus. Many mangers seem to show little consideration for the company's best interest and the greater good of the workers under their command in order to ensure a path for quicker personal advancement. A workplace where managers and supervisors employ a culture of job insecurity and actively encourages distrust between the workers to cement control over the workers who report to them. Upper management seems to frequently turn a blind eye to these practices and sometimes appears to encourage it. Final quality of some products and services were sometimes an issue.
