With over 30 years exp in the industry, this is THE WORST company I have ever worked with or for. Ask around and don't rely on fake positive reviews here. Haddad offers incentives to employees to post positive reviews to skew their rating. There is no work life balance. They had 7am meeting and you will always work late. Compensation is much lower than other companies for the same role. They go through massive layoffs every few months
