Office micro-aggressions, LOUD staff, long hours (looked down upon if you leave on time), HR emails saying you cannot heat certain foods, differences in directives and vision. Long hours are the norm, and the pay falls far short of compensating for the intense demands. Worse, if you bring up any issues, management will often laugh off your concerns, making it clear that they have no interest in fostering a supportive work environment.

they turn over people so fast they cant even remember us and are always hiring. They fired me after one week for not being passionate and then months later the hiring manager messaged me on linkedin the exact same message as the first time asking me for an introductory conversation... they make it seem like the buisness is growing and will take you to these new hire events when 5/6 new hires wont make it a month and theyll do the same new hire events the next month. the job was the definition of a corporate hellscape. no windows facial recognition everywhere and a manager checking up on our every move with cameras and making passive agressive comments. and they use teams for everything when everyone is in office and can easily just go to a conference room
