The company culture is very inviting and I felt super welcomed when I started in the middle of the pandemic. Everyone exchanges helpful information. All you have to do is ask and someone will point you in the right direction. I think the hours are good and people are willing to help each other get urgent tasks done. It is a family run business with a family sort of feel. I would highly recommend! Also a great place to make friends, with really fun and interesting people.

Cons

I think the company deals with the same sort of issues as anywhere else, but on a much smaller scale. Any issues are addressed if you raise it with your manager. No real complaints!
