Pros

They give you free water and I made some good friends.

Cons

-You put time (a lot of it) and effort into products that don't make it past the family because they aren't willing to look outside the basic box and they have to approve every.single.detail. -You learn absolutely nothing because you end up redoing projects 15x over (not kidding) -They refuse to change or evolve and if you don't drink the "cool-aid" you aren't going to last and basically get shut out. It's sad.

Pros

The people who work there at entry level/associate level are awesome and some of the best people you'll work with. They're funny, care about what they do, and there is the potential to make best friends here.

Cons

Overall, I don't advise working at this company. If anything, I am grateful that I worked at Haddad for over 2 years, because if I didn't work at such a terrible company for that long, I wouldn't know how lucky I am to work somewhere else. After leaving Haddad, I am astounded at how much I don't know and haven't learned about the fashion industry. Most of the managers either come from a different company from a lower level and got promoted to Director/VP level at Haddad, or they started at Haddad at the same level as their old company, and got promoted after a year or 2. Either way, they don't know how to manage and could use some serious manager training. There were countless times where I and my coworkers had the finger pointed at us by upper management when we received little to no assistance from our managers, operations, or the people with terrible attitudes at the warehouse, and we're 1 year out of college and expected to know things we were never taught. To sum it up: no flexibility, no training, terrible management, pay wasn't great, shady management, start off your career elsewhere - you'll learn more and be better off in the long run.
