On my first day at Haddad I sat at my new desk and met all my neighbors. many of them had been there between 4-10 years. I asked them all when was the last time any of them got a raise or promotion, they all answered never. For a company with 100+ employees I'd be shocked if they give 1 promotion a year. They are also notorious for below market salaries.
