      Pros

      - lots of opportunity to meet new people and form friendships - fun workplace culture, many corporate bonding events - If you are on a team that encourages your success, you will do well

      Cons

      - Many unfair practices - Some of the most unkind people in upper management that I have ever met - terrible work-life balance. People are expected to work long hours and log on outside of the office regularly - Virtually no wfh capability - No maternity leave - Nepotism - Limited opportunity for growth. Very competitive.
